Cancellation Policy

At SURIKAIT, we process orders as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery.

Before Processing

Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet entered the
processing stage.

Cancellation requests are subject to approval by
SURIKAIT.

After Processing
Orders cannot be cancelled if:
• The order has been packed.
• The parcel has been handed over to the courier.
• The product is custom-made, made-to-order or preorder and production has already begun.
Refunds for Approved Cancellations
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–14
working days via the original payment method or another
agreed method.
Transaction fees charged by payment providers, where
applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.
How to Request a Cancellation
Please provide:
• Order Number
• Customer Name
• Reason for cancellation

SURIKAIT reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
• Pricing errors
• Stock unavailability
• Payment failure
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Where payment has been received, a full refund will be
issued.
